The management processes define the strategic intent, shareholder relations, governance and risk management issues of the company.

This process consists of the following sub-processes:

  2. Manage company policy and governance: policies are clean and regularly reviewed, communicated to and understood by the organization.
  3. Manage vision, mission and strategic planning: quality policies for vision, mission and strategic planning are created in conjunction with stakeholders.
  4. Manage company risk: mitigate company risks by applying the risk management process to all identified risks.
